Sandblasted Glass
Sandblasting is the process of blasting fine grit under pressure, over areas of exposed glass, abrading its surface to create a translucent finish and causing light to diffuse. A range of stencil mediums are used to mask the areas of glass to remain transparent. By blasting to different depths varying tones of shade and translucency are achieved making it useful for settings where privacy is required while still allowing light to pass through
Sandblasting can be undertaken on most types of glazing to suit a number of different applications in domestic and commercial spaces; from windows, partitions and screens to wall mounted panels and mirrors.
From logos and lettering to bespoke designs, sandblasting produces interesting images and texture on glass surfaces.
